Adam expertly prepares multiple Surf 'n Turf recipes from his Gold Medal Winning 'Fire Kitchen' cookbook, cooked up on his bespoke Fire Kitchen Rig over live fire.

 

Recipes on the day include:

 

South American Style Picahna w Chimichurri

Succulent Low n Slow Pork Belly 

Wok-Fried (over coals) Tempura Oysters w Kimchi Mayo

Whole cooked Barramundi w Fire Roasted Salsa

 

Taste samples of each dish and selection of cold drinks supplied throughout the Class.

 

BONUS: A Signed Copy of Adam's best-selling cookbook 'Barbecue Like a Boss' comes included in the ticket price.
